Tricon, Kilmer get Toronto's Housing Now initiative off the ground

A 41-storey, multiresidential tower in downtown Calgary has sold for $83.4 million, the largest multifamily deal in the market during the past year. Westview Heights comprises 343 rental units and 6,000 square feet of main-floor commercial.
