Immostar names co-presidents to lead $1B Quebec real estate portfolio

François Pelchat and Kevin Lachance have been tapped as co-presidents of Immostar, taking the reins of the Quebec City real estate development firm founded 25 years ago by André Pelchat, who remains as chair of the board and strategic advisor. 

Oktodev to build 14-storey, 180-room hotel at Montreal’s Phillips Square

Oktodev intends to spend roughly $90 million to build a 14-storey, 180-room “upscale luxury” hotel in downtown Montreal, in the final phase of three-phase Phillips Square complex that includes condos and rental units.
