Altus Group says it has an agreement to acquire the commercial real estate valuation and advisory services business of U.S.-based Situs Group LLC in an all-cash transaction which values the unit at $310.1 million Cdn.
UPDATED: Global data centre firm Cyxtera has confirmed that Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. and institutional partners have an agreement to acquire substantially all of the bankrupt firm’s assets for $775 million (all figures US).
