Broccolini has sold two industrial buildings totalling almost a million square feet, located on 63 acres of land in Cornwall, Ont., to Michelin for $246.35 million.

Jadco acquires Galeries Laval shopping centre from Fonds FTQ

Jadco Group has spent $126 million to purchase Galeries Laval, a 591,000-square-foot shopping mall in the Greater Montreal city of Laval. It is the second-largest shopping centre transaction in the province during 2024.
